What is a SNIBBER?

It started with my father-in-law reaching for "just one more bite" of something delicious, unable to resist the temptation. He had a word for those irresistible tastes—and since he loved food (and we loved him for it), we heard it often! SNIBBERS became our family's special word for those perfect little bites of "tasty treats." AND, it's really fun to say!

Why SNIBBERS?

Food Brings People Together

Every celebration, bake sale, new neighbor welcome, baby shower, difficult time, and movie night in our family has been marked with food. Growing up in Pittsburgh, my grandmother cooked for neighbors who couldn't manage on their own—they became extended family. In Cincinnati and Atlanta, raising my own family, we greeted new neighbors, babies, and tough times with comfort food—building community one dish at a time. Church bake sales and school fundraisers turned donated treats into friendships.  This is what I love most about food: it creates conversation and builds community.

Life is Complicated and Time is Precious

Our lives have become a daily game of logistical Tetris—packing lunches, rushing to school, fighting traffic for work, managing activities and squeezing in workouts. If you’re lucky, you are back home around 7 PM for dinner, exhausted with little precious time to relax when you remember you volunteered to bring something special to tomorrow's office celebration or school event.

You want to make something amazing, but you're exhausted. You forgot the ingredients for that Pinterest recipe you saved. Store-bought options are loaded with preservatives and unhealthy fats. You know you can Make IT Better—but how? We've got you!

Introducing SNIBBERS simple ingredient small batch mixes that create a convenient “from scratch” experience for those new and experienced in the kitchen with DELICIOUS “from scratch” results.  Our first line of "shortcut" pantry mixes are designed to save you time and money while delivering that "from scratch" experience you crave. SNIBBERS curated, artisan, seasonal and time tested recipes use simple ingredients that you complete at home with trusted staples—usually just eggs, butter, and vanilla extract.

No need to track down cardamom or Ceylon cinnamon - its already in the mix.  With a little time in the kitchen, patience and an oven you can have a delicious PINTEREST worthy bake and experience baking zen!

SNIBBERS is more than delicious treats—it's how we pay forward the blessings we've received through Creating and Sharing food with others. The gifts of LOVE, KINDNESS, JOY, and yes, PATIENCE, as we continue Learning we can Make IT Better and that is definitely worth the time!

SNIBBERS donates 25% of our net profits to charitable organizations committed to our Make IT Better mission. Our communities, churches, shelters, pet rescues and more Make IT Better everyday through their charitable works.
